A U.S. Navy Submarine Veteran, Ian is highly skilled in managing high-value assets, leading cross-functional teams, and executing complex initiatives with precision and accountability. His core competencies include operational strategy, process optimization, root cause analysis, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement — all aimed at supporting sustainable growth and delivering exceptional service.
