Lori is a seasoned insurance professional with over 30 years of experience across agency operations, sales, risk management, and claims. Known for her passion for delivering exceptional client service, she has a proven track record of driving agency growth and improving internal workflows.
She began her career in the late 1980s at a startup agency on Long Island and became a licensed producer in 1992 after relocating to Syracuse. Throughout her career, Lori has held a wide range of roles that have deepened her expertise in both personal and commercial insurance. She is especially experienced in construction risk management and holds the CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist) designation.
Lori has been actively involved with the Independent Insurance Agents of Central New York (“Big I”), where she was recognized as a top producer and contributed to the industry by teaching continuing education and licensing courses. Her leadership, technical knowledge, and dedication to client success make her an invaluable part of our team.
