I’ve had an amazing experience with Sitka insurance. Sarah handles my account and has been more than helpful with everything I’ve needed and made the process very simple. She was able to get my auto insurance to a price lower than what I payed last year even after I had an accident. Couldn’t be more thankful for them.

I could not be more pleased with this insurance agency. I had not lived in New York state for more than a decade. Automobile insurance is very different in New York than in other states. I was so fortunate that this agency led me to a policy with Erie insurance. Having been in two previous accidents in the last decade- none my fault, I recognize the value of having very good auto insurance. They were also extremely competitive with price. This year when everyone's insurance rates went up Sitka insurance worked with me to find ways to mitigate that increase significantly. Also my agent really goes out of their way to do things in a very personal way. I feel that I have a relationship with the company and the two times I needed roadside assistance they always checked to make sure all was well, and that all went well. A great company to be associated with for sure!

Sitka insurance gets 5 stars!!! I was in a rough spot. I had an insurance gap that made It hard for me to find a policy with a decent rate. I decided to reach out to Sitka and Im so happy I did. Within the week I was insured and had a lower rate on my new policy than my old policy. I am so thankful for this agency and all their hardwork!
