Hi there, My name is Kath, and I currently reside in the Philippines with Gray, my son, and my partner Ronel. We have four dogs running around the house like crazy and eating a ton of goodies. (Scotti, Cali, Shotti, and Chewy). Like other couples, we can’t wait to purchase a home and start a small family. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walking my dogs, and cooking for our small business. Right now, I want to cross off all the items on my bucket list, which includes traveling, trying new foods, and engaging in extreme activities.
I have nearly ten years of experience as a customer service representative. I started out in the restaurant industry as a cook. My manager later instructed me to tend to the needs and concerns of a customer after I observed one of our front desk staff members assisting another customer. I started my career as a customer service representative there and got promoted to branch manager, and every time I assist them in resolving their issues, I feel like I’m doing my job and having fun. After working for a while as a customer representative for a BPO company, I tried my hand at becoming a virtual assistant. Thankfully, I’m here and you’re reading my little bio.
